Perfect service, had amazing experience.
Location in the center of the city was a plus. Tasty breakfasts with cheese baked lobster and mountain peaks on level 23, for example, the staff were extremely friendly.

Located in the centre of the city. And adjacent to the restaurant for better taste and saving money and Hyatt Regency Shatin. Top-class and spotless room plus luxury bathroom. Excellent facilities, exceptionally comfortable bed.

I experienced several issues that dampened my visit. The room I was given was not quite clean, with visible dirt on surfaces that should have been super clean. The staff were somewhat inflexible when I requested a late checkout due to my baby's feeding schedule. Lastly, the overpriced room service was ridiculous. I couldn't believe a simple noodle dish would cost more than HKD200.

The location is a big win, super close to CUHK and an MTR station to take you to mongkok east and hong kong island. The gym was well-equipped, and my king room was massive with amazing views of the bay. I loved the outdoor heated pool for a refreshing break.

The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a big TV, and a nice seating area. The bathroom had a solid shower and free toiletries. Loved the outdoor swimming pool, also enjoyed the spa facilities like massage and sauna. MTR access was super easy, just steps away.
